For a while he also submitted tickets purely about his own computer but that was because he wanted to experience it as a normal user would without admin privs. Honestly, I have no issue with any of my previous bosses (except one...). It's usually my friend's bosses that I have to wonder how these people ever escaped Darwin Awards. My new boss submits tickets, too, but usually because he hears from other managers about things that need doing that no one tells us about.
