The New Coat
I once had a nice coat. I left it at Mookee’s parent’s place and never saw it again. Fortunately I live in San Francisco, so it doesn’t get too terribly cold. Still, a coat is good thing to have.
I decided I wanted a Navy Pea Coat and picked up this one from Schott. They’ve got loads of other nice jackets. Happily I paid less than their own website declares ($150). It’s going quite well with the goatee that I’ve been letting grow in!

Black. I figure it will go with most anything I could possibly want to wear…

You made the right choice. As well, the only excuse for wearing navy blue is actually *being* in the Navy.

Wow, I never thought I’d see the day you’d have a “fashion” catagory on your blog. It scares me.
And I think it’s funny you’re acting like chosing the -black- coat was a choice. As I recall, they only had black–at least in your size.

Yeah, yeah, there’s a fashion category. Just wait till I start using it for criticism!
There were navy blue pea coats at the shop, too. I might have gone for the charcoal grey if they had it. I suppose it’s good they didn’t or things might have gotten confusing!
