February Blogging Challenge
February is a strange month containing, most of the time, 28 days. This is not a reference to the excellent zombie movie with a similar name. Conveniently, the English usage of the alphabet contains 26 letters even though in my opinion there should only be 24 if you dump “c” and “q”, or possibly more if you started going purely phonetic.
Anyways my point is that this month’s challenge, for those of you brave enough to try, is to write 26 entries with the topic being something that starts with each of the 26 letters of the standard English alphabet in linear order. They do not have to be day by day (you can do a few in a day if you like) and with 28 days it should be simple enough to finish.
Topics do not have to be consistent, by the way. You can write about products, memories, people, observations, and/or theories, write poems, songs, and/or stories, or simply rave on about whatever crosses your mind at the time. Just make sure the topic is clear and not just a word mentioned once or twice.
Unfortunately I am not clever enough today to have made this entry count because “challenge”, “February” and “blog” don’t start with the letter A. I could cheat and claim “alphabet” but that really would feel like cheating since I only mention “alphabet” twice in the previous two paragraphs. I will have to start on my own challenge later today…
